True health insurance reform

The government and I want all Americans to have the best health care in the world. Everyone knows that as individuals, most people could not pay for it without insurance. Everyone wants people to be healthy and live as long as possible, and to reach that goal I have devised a plan to make sure all are covered.

We divide the amount of money spent on health care by the number of people and that will be the premium for each person. Anyone who is in America can buy this insurance; if you cannot afford it, the government will supply it at no charge. The coverage will be the same, those who pay for their insurance will get a picture ID and those who receive theirs at no cost will have a picture less ID.

The government  knows those who cannot afford health insurance need their help, which is why they have an ID with no picture. The government must help them to a healthier life style; if you do not have a picture ID, you can only buy healthy things; no tobacco products, alcohol, illegal drugs, fatty foods including fast foods, sugar coated cereals, candy, soda, cookies, fast cars, dangerous things like motorcycles or all terrain vehicles, boats with motors, bicycles, canoes and kayaks that can easily tip, guns, knives, pointed objects that could hurt them, sporting equipment that is used in events that can injure contestants, especially the children.

The Government must help these poor unfortunate people; therefore every month they must attend government run self-improvement classes in economics and healthy living and every three months the Government will test for alcohol, tobacco and drugs, so some day they will lead an economically stable, healthy lifestyle and be able to pay for their health insurance.

With a picture ID, you can do or buy what ever you want, now that’s FAIR.

god and the law

If one were to read Article 1 with close attention to Section 10 and the First Amendment and the Tenth Amendment one could make the case that religion is an issue for the states and not the federal courts.

The first sixteen words in the First Amendment “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise there of ” are of the same meaning today as the day they were written.

With the use of the word “shall” Congress is mandated to  “make no law”. That would mean laws for or against are prohibited, and, with the words “or prohibiting the free exercise thereof” the founding fathers acknowledged there is such a thing as religion, thereby acknowledging the existence of God. The first thoughts of the founding fathers of this great nation was the protection of the right of all men to worship as they see fit

The Tenth Amendment “ The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Since nothing in Article 1 Section 10 or any other Article in the Constitution prohibits the States ability to make law respecting an establishment of religion while in the First Amendment this power is specifically prohibited to the Congress, which is the lawmaking branch of the United States Government, one must conclude that this power is reserved to the States.

One must remember, the “Bill of Rights” was added to the Constitution to put limits on the federal government, to guarantee and protect the rights of the people, and the powers of the States from an Imperialistic Federal Government.

It is only when some change the meaning of words or invoke a mystical power that that enables them to delve into the thoughts of those who have long since departed this Earth that they are able to grant new powers to the Federal Government and its courts.

With these new powers the courts have usurped the legislative branch’s power as the lawmakers and with its’ mythical powers it makes rulings on new mythical law.

Some have found some mythical words in the Constitution with their creative reading skills that call for a separation of church and state. With these creative reading skills they were able to change no to some and shall to should. They have now been able to read the First Amendment, as Congress should make some law respecting religion and the free exercise thereof.

With their creative readings skills they have adulterated the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Fourth amendment, the Fifth Amendment, the Eight Amendment, and the Tenth Amendment.

It seems as if a certain segment of society have never read the Constitution and depend on hearsay to form their opinions, unfortunately most of what they hear comes from a liberally bias media or socialist big-government elitists, who for the most part have less knowledge or care less about the Constitution than those they lead down this path of blissful ignorance.

THe King's Court

What type of person wears velvet slippers with bells attached, pantaloons with one leg dyed red and the other green, a checkered blouse with puffy sleeves and of course, that multicolored cap with its bell adorned points, called a fool’s cap?

Yes, you are correct if you said it is the King’s Fool or if you guessed, it should be the dress of any Congressman or Congresswoman who voted for H.R.2998 or any bill without reading it.

We have all been taught only a fool would sign a contract without reading it. This is what those in Congress did when they voted, yes. They surly acted like fools, and should surly dress the part of the Fool. These arrogant foolish politicians have signed a contract on the American people, which will destroy prosperity and that which made America great, individual freedom.

Only a fool would sponsor and vote for any bill without reading and knowing what was in it. The sponsor, Congressman Waxman admitted he did not know what was in the bill and voted for it.

Congressman Conyers bragged of his foolishness, not reading, understanding and voting for the bill, while sporting a broad condescending grin, the only thing missing from the picture of the legislative Fool was the slippers, pantaloons, checkered blouse and fool’s cap.

There are people in America, foolish enough to sign a contract without reading and knowing what was in it? If you are one, don your cap, I have a real winner for you to sign.

Have we foolishly allowed our country to be run by fools?

Maybe, it is those who foolishly cast their votes for or defend these foolish arrogant politicians that should wear the slippers, pantaloons, checkered blouse and the fool’s cap.

I still have that copy H.R. 2998 that anyone may copy and read.
